Morgan gained recognition for developing an evaluation and rating system for enhancing consumers’ first impressions of quality in nursing homes and her work has been published in several trade magazines.
Morgan’s experience also includes hand-on operations, marketing & sales and planning for new start-ups. Her knowledge of what it takes to execute planning and achieving results is what sets her apart in the field. And, it is valuable to clients when tackling challenges and finding innovative ways to solve problems.
Morgan leads all client engagements for Propel and helps to identify client needs and possible solutions. She has more than three decades of experience to use as a solid foundation for strategic thinking, and she has the ability to lead others to look to the future and to embrace a new reality.
